He or she is responsible for completing all the demanded repairs requested by customer right the first time with in promised time.

• ITI in Motor Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years in workshop experience.

• Complete all repair orders within the time allotted.
• Use all protective equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the customer’s vehicle (seat covers, floor mats, fender covers).
• Maintain an adequate inventory of hand tools to meet the service and repair requirements.
• Ensure all customer requests on the job card are completed, first time right.
• Identify and inform the Floor Coordinator of any additional repair.
• Treat customer vehicles and belongings with care.
• Note clear and accurate details of all work complete on job cards.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Keep work area clean and tidy at all times.
• Generate Sales and Evaluation enquiry
• Ensure cleanliness of Work shop area
• Bring in ideas and events for better inflow of vehicles for Sales, Service, Carwash and present the same with the respective manager and conduct one such events monthly.

• 4 years Sales Experience in Sales.

He or She is responsible for Evaluation and Refurbishment activity.

• ITI ,Diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering / Or Any Degree with appropriate Experience.
• 4 years vehicle inspection / sourcing experience in Automobile dealership.

• Evaluation of Used Car
• Completion of Evaluation of all Car Enquiry in stipulated time
• Coordination of RF activity
• Ensure exact evaluation so that the RF cost will reduce
• Maintaining Daily Productivity target (Evaluation Enquiry & Sales)
• Generation of Evaluation of Enquiry
• Generation of Used Car Enquiry
• Coordinate with the Sales
• Also Responsible for Sales & Service Activity
• Ensure cleanliness of front office
• Conduct 100 Point Check Up after RF activity and Rate the Vehicle on scale of 10/10 (KarTrenz Rating)
• Responsible for store keeping
• Weekly checking of Stock Vehicle and ensure vehicle’s Health
• Responsible PDI Activity.
